– Cutting and Wrapping, $1/lb.
– Mobile Slaughter service available to select areas.
– Unpenned or hard-to-access animals are subject to a $50/hr. ‘this-is-taking-longer-than-it-should’ fee

BEEF

Mobile Slaughter:
– $250 for a single beef
– $200/animal, less than 900 lbs.
– $250/animal, more than 901 lbs.

Hide Disposal:
– $25/hide

Cutting and Wrapping:
– $1/lb.

Processing Disposal:
– $25/animal

HOGS

Mobile Slaughter:
– $175 single animal
– $150/animal, less than 300 lbs.
– $200/animal, more than 301 lbs.

Hide Disposal:
– $25/animal
(farmer can elect to keep hide(s) on property; if so, no hide disposal fee)

Cutting and Wrapping:
– $1 lb.

Cured/Smoked Items:
Bacon – $4 lb.
Peppered Bacon – $4.75 lb.
Ham – $2 lb.
Bulk Breakfast or Italian Sausage – $2.50 lb.
Linked Bratwurst – $4 a lb.

Processing Disposal Fee:
– $15/animal

Lamb | Sheep | Goat | Alpaca

Mobile Slaughter:
– $150 for a single animal
– $100/animal for multiple animals

Hide Disposal Fee:
– $25/animal
(farmer can elect to keep hide(s) on property; if so, no hide disposal fee)

Cutting and Wrapping:
– $1/lb, with $60 minimum

Processing Disposal Fee:
