Butchering a whole animal is a fading art. Our approach is mixing old-school knowledge with modern-day techniques.

– Cutting and wrapping, $.85 per pound.
– Mobile Slaughter service available to most areas.
– Unpenned or hard-to-access animals are subject to a $50/hr. ‘this-is-taking-longer-than-it-should fee’

BEEF

($140 for a single beef)

Mobile Slaughter: (all prices reflect more than one beef and weights reflect hanging weight)
-$140/animal less than 600 lbs.
-$160/animal weighing 601-699 lbs.
-$180/animal weighing 700-899 lbs.
-$220/animal weighing 900+ lbs.

Cutting and Wrapping – $0.85/lb.

Disposal Fee – $25/animal

HOGS

($130 for a single hog)

Mobile Slaughter: (all prices reflect more than one hog and weights reflect hanging weight)
-$90/animal less than 200 lbs.
-$100/animal weighing 201-300 lbs.
-$120/animal weighing 301+ lbs.

Cutting and Wrapping – $0.85 a lb.
House-Cured, Smoked, and Sliced Bacon – $4 lb.
Peppered Bacon – $4.75 lb.
House-Cured, Smoked Ham – $2 lb.
Bulk Breakfast or Italian Sausage – $2.50 lb.
Linked, Fresh Bratwurst – $4 a lb.

Disposal Fees:
– $15/animal
– skins to remain on farm premises or $25 per skin disposal fee

($120 for a single animal)

– Market Lamb $70
– Cull Ewe $80

Cutting and Wrapping
– $45 per animal less than 40 lbs.
– $58 per animal 41-60 lbs.
– $70 per animal 61-80 lbs.
– $80 per animal 81-100 lbs.
– $0.85 a lb. for animals weighing more than 101 lbs.
