SMOKED SAUSAGES

Summer Sausage:

Regular – $3.50 per lb.
Jalapeno Cheddar – $4.25 per lb.

Beer Sausages:

Regular or Spicy – $4 per lb.
Jalapeno Cheddar – $4.75 per lb.

Pepperoni:

Regular, Spicy or Teriyaki – $5 per lb.
Jalapeno Cheddar – $5.75 per lb.
(Pepperoni loses 20% and is billed at pre-smoked weight.)

Jerky

$5 per lb.
(Jerky loses 50% and is billed at pre-smoked weight.)

FISH SMOKING

$5 per lb.
$10 fee to fillet a whole fish
$.75 a vacuum bag
$10 minimum
